Overview
Stancor Defence supplied Titanium 6Al-4V and Inconel 718 in 20 mm to 160 mm for titanium 6Al-4V and Inconel 718 bar and plate held as call-off stock for overhaul work in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate traceable to the heat, with the ordered test scope.
The challenge
The customer needed titanium 6Al-4V and Inconel 718 bar and plate held as call-off stock for overhaul work that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Call-off stock of Titanium 6Al-4V and Inconel 718 in 20 mm to 160 mm, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate traceable to the heat, with the ordered test scope and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
