SPECIFICATION IN, CERTIFIED MATERIAL OUT

Enquiry Under NDA

Grade, form, size, quantity and test scope received in confidence, with export control and end-use requirements confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Specification Review

Governing specification, grade class, delivery and heat treatment condition and test requirement reviewed, and any conflict raised before material is committed.

Sourcing & Release

Material sourced from qualified mills against that specification and released with traceability to the heat or lot, PMI verified on alloy, stainless, titanium and nickel.

Testing

Mechanical, impact, hardness, hydrostatic, eddy current and NDT to the ordered scope, with ballistic acceptance records where the armour specification calls for them.

Cutting & Kitting

Cut to size or to the customer's nest, sawn to length, marked with part number and heat, and bundled by assembly.

Documentation & Despatch

Mill test certificate, test and NDT reports and inspection release issued as one document pack, with marking, preservation and crating to order.
