Overview
Stancor Defence supplied Stainless & Duplex Pipe (316L / F51) in NPS 1/2 to NPS 16 for 316L and duplex 2205 pipe for seawater, cooling and ballast systems, pressure tested in India, released against EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate traceable to the heat, with the ordered test scope.
The challenge
The customer needed 316L and duplex 2205 pipe for seawater, cooling and ballast systems, pressure tested that arrived to the ordered specification and size, on the build or shutdown slot, and fully traceable to a heat number — with the test records attached rather than promised.
What we did
We released Per release of Stainless & Duplex Pipe (316L / F51) in NPS 1/2 to NPS 16, inspected before despatch, marked with the heat and part reference, and shipped against the programme with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificate traceable to the heat, with the ordered test scope and the ordered test and inspection reports in one document pack.
